This new role will be crucial in providing technical support and assistance to our European clients and partners. Working alongside the Client Support Manager and Application team ensuring seamless integration and utilisation of Delsys products and services. This role is integral to our mission of improving health outcomes by delivering cutting-edge solutions in movement sciences, engineering and neurophysiology.

Key Responsibilities

As a Client Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our organisation by:

  • Maintain individual ticket queue and serve as the primary point of contact for client communication
  • Interpret time-series data to support clients
  • Identify potential hardware issues raised by clients.
  • Validate clients’ requests to license Delsys software.
  • Provide comprehensive training for clients on Delsys hardware and software.
  • Conduct thorough testing and compliance verification of hardware before shipment to clients (equipment logging & testing).
  • Manage demo & loan stock, ensuring availability and functionality.
  • Perform software and hardware testing to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain IT & AV equipment in the office.
  • Travel to client sites as needed to resolve technical issues and provide support.

Desired Experience and Skills

  • Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in the academic, healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret time-series data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving & deduction skills
  • Proficiency in providing software and hardware training.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, Sports Science or a related field.
